Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account: email, display name, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), and when you confirmed you're 21+ and accepted the terms.
- Your board: tickets, legs, odds, stakes, results, balance notes and settings you enter.
- Screenshots: images of bet slips you upload are sent to our AI provider to read the bets, then discarded. We keep only the extracted ticket data.
- Billing: handled by Stripe. We store a customer and subscription ID, never your card number.
- Waitlist: your email and crew size, if you join it.
- Technical: standard server logs (IP address, browser) for security and rate limits.
How we use it
To run the app: show your board, grade bets, compute stats, share your crew's leaderboard and group parlay, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and email you about your account. We don't sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Who sees it
Members of your crew see your name, open and settled tickets, results and group-parlay legs. Service providers process data for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (reading screenshots and building cards), Stripe (payments), and public sports data feeds. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as your account exists. Delete your account in Hub → Crew & account and we erase your board and profile; backups roll off within 30 days.
Your choices
You can view and edit your data in the app, change your name and password, or delete your account. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data; contact us to use them.
Age
STM is only for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
