1. Who can use STM

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Sports wagering is legal only in some places. You are responsible for following the laws where you live and where you bet. Don't use STM where that would be illegal.

2. What STM is, and isn't

STM lets you log bets (including by uploading screenshots of bet slips), grades them using public game data, shows statistics such as closing-line value, and shares a weekly card of suggested bets with your crew. STM is not a sportsbook. It does not accept wagers, process bets, hold or transfer funds, or connect to your sportsbook account. STM does not suggest stake sizes.

3. Picks and information

Cards, projections, edges and grades are generated automatically, partly with AI, from public data that can be late or wrong. They are for entertainment and information only. They are not financial, investment or gambling advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Always check prices and rules at your sportsbook before you bet. You alone decide whether and how much to wager, and you're responsible for the results.

4. Your account and crew

Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. A crew organizer can invite people with a link and manage the crew. Members of a crew can see each other's names, tickets, results and group-parlay legs. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share or anything other than bet slips.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Crews start with a free trial. After it ends, the organizer can subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled, and payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel any time in Manage billing; the crew keeps paid features until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; founding-crew prices stay the same while the subscription stays active.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, overloading it, getting around usage limits, reselling picks, or using STM to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and changes

STM depends on outside data sources, and grading can be delayed or wrong. We may change or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms; continuing to use STM after they take effect means you accept them.

8. Disclaimers and limits

STM is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for gambling losses, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Hub → Crew & account. We may close accounts that break these terms.
